Follow American Ruth and her father Edek during their father-daughter-roadtrip to Edek's homeland, Poland. Discover, with Ruth, the history of their family, while Edek has his own plans.

American music journalist Ruth takes her father Edek, a Holocaust survivor, on a father-daughter road trip to his homeland. While Ruth hopes to gain insight into their family's past, the charming bon vivant Edek has his own plans. Their generation gap and the culture clash they experience in 1990s post-communist Poland show how the search for connection is not just something to be sad about.

Treasure was directed by Julia von Heinz (And Tomorrow the Entire World) and is based on New York writer Lily Brett's international bestseller Too Many Men. Girls actress Lena Dunham stars as the neurotic Ruth, while Stephen Fry (The Hobbit, V for Vendetta) plays the role of father Edek.
