Thu 20 Mar 20:30

Released on Netflix, Arcane is a collaboration between French production company Fortiche and the well-known RIOT Games. We are pleased to welcome guest Anne-Laure To, a development artist, matte painter, and art supervisor at Fortiche. With over 15 years of experience, Anne-Laure has worked on feature films, 3D and 2D animated movies, animated series, and advertisements.

Joining Anne-Laure will be Etienne Mattera, the co-director and storyboarder of Arcane Season 2. After studying at Gobelin in Paris, Etienne worked as a storyboarder for several animation studios in France, contributing to projects like Lastman and The Summit of the Gods. He currently works at Fortiche in Paris as both a storyboarder and director.

But what better way to understand Anne-Laure To’s artistry and the mind-blowing cutting-edge work in Arcane than to see it on the big screen in its full glory? We are thrilled to screen the first two episodes of Arcane Season 2 during Playgrounds International Film Festival! Forget binge-watching on your phone—come experience Netflix’s Arcane on the big screen!
