A Beautiful Lack tells the compelling story of Lucia, the first and greatest love of womanizer Giacomo Casanova. The film is based on the bestseller of the same name by Arthur Japin, which was a huge success with a 72nd edition and translations in no fewer than 22 countries. Japin also co-wrote the English-language film script. Director Michiel van Erp (Stromboli, Nobody in the City) brings the story to life with Maarten Heijmans, Jonah Hauer-King and Dar Zuzovsky on the silver screen.
