Culture is for everyone

Culture is for everyone. Period. At Natlab, we believe that art and culture bring people together, spark curiosity, and inspire. That’s why we make sure that everyone; regardless of budget, mobility, or other barriers, feels welcome and can enjoy everything we have to offer without worry.

Accessibility is about more than just ticket prices or physical accommodations. It’s about feeling at home, immersing yourself in meaningful stories, and experiencing art together without obstacles. We are committed to breaking down barriers and invite you to join us in this effort.

With a small budget

At Natlab, we believe that art and culture should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial situation. That’s why we collaborate with various organizations to ensure that people with a limited budget can still enjoy films and performances.

Thanks to Stichting Cultuur Inclusief, Stichting Humanitas, Stichting Quiet040, and Mama’s Glimlach Fonds, there are different programs that offer free access to Natlab.

Would you like to know if you qualify for one of these programs? Get in touch with the relevant organization to explore the possibilities.

No barriers

Our building is fully wheelchair accessible. From the entrance to the theaters and the bar, everything is designed to ensure you can move around freely.

Our theaters have designated wheelchair spaces, there is an elevator to all floors, and we provide a spacious, accessible restroom. The hallways are wide and free of thresholds, making every part of Natlab easy to reach.

Do you have specific needs or require additional support? Let us know in advance through info@natlab.nl, and we’ll do our best to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

Guide Dogs

Do you have a guide dog? At Natlab, they are always welcome. Dogs that are trained to provide assistance are allowed in all our spaces and at all screenings and performances.

Working Together for a More Accessible Natlab

We are always looking for ways to break down barriers, make our venue more inclusive, and expand access to our programming.

We welcome suggestions and improvements regarding accessibility and are eager to collaborate with organizations dedicated to inclusion. Whether it’s physical adaptations, special screenings, or new initiatives to reach a broader audience, we are open to ideas and partnerships.

Do you have suggestions, or would you like to discuss how we can work together to make art and culture more accessible? Get in touch with us, we’d love to connect.
