Francis Ford Coppola's neo-noir thriller The Conversation explores the uneasy boundary between technology and privacy. Released fifty years ago, the film was nominated for three Academy Awards and won the prestigious Palme d'Or at the 1974 Cannes Film Festival. The Conversation is a gripping psychological thriller, marked by 70s paranoia, inventive editing, and sound design, and is widely regarded as one of Coppola’s finest films. Don't miss the chance to see this classic on the big screen (again)!

Surveillance expert Harry Caul values his anonymity above all else. When he and his partner Stan are hired by a mysterious client, known only as 'The Director', to follow a young couple, Harry deduces that the woman is the Director's wife and the man is an employee with whom she’s having an affair. Convinced that the Director plans to murder the couple, and haunted by guilt from a previous job where the information he provided led to the loss of lives, Harry embarks on his own investigation to prevent the murder.
