Maggie Smith, known from The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie to Harry Potter and Downton Abbey, has died at the age of 89. Her work brought her worldwide recognition, as well as two Oscars and eight Baftas. On Sunday October 6 we will be showing Downton Abbey: A New Era to celebrate her legacy.

Dame Maggie Smith's career spanned seven decades. As Countess Violet Crawley, she knows how to make the audience laugh with simple lyrics such as 'What's a weekend?'. Come and enjoy her strong portrayal of this role and celebrate her legacy.
