Film Industry Days

Two days filled with tips & tricks, inspiring masterclasses, remarkable film screenings, meet-ups and moments for networking. Natlab, BROET, Playgrounds, Kunstloc/KONKAV, DOCWERK and Van Osch Films join forces and organise this first edition of the new Industry Days for film professionals, in Eindhoven!

THIS IS A DUTCH-SPOKEN EVENT AND THE PROGRAM IS DUTCH-SPOKEN.

On Friday 20 and Saturday 21 May, Natlab will be all about fact, fiction and story telling in film. We'll explore the blurring boundaries between different film genres and disciplines, reflect on the ethical behaviour of film makers, and we'll discover new ways of telling stories. What developments do currently influence the film landscape and the ways in which makers tell fact and fiction? 

The organisers of the Industry Days will develop a great, diverse programme that will interesting for a diverse audience of film and audiovisual makers, students of art academies and other professionals. Specific names of speakers and guests and our side programmes will be announced later!


These Industry Days stem from and expand on the (former) Doc Industry Day and Eindhoven Film Festival Makersday, and are made possible with additional financial support of the Dutch Filmfonds. 

 

Omroep Brabant and Telling Stories give young film talents the chance to receive a financial contribution for making a film. Makers are invited to pitch their ideas during the Film Industry Days on 20 and 21 May 2022 in Eindhoven. After watching and evaluating, a professional jury will grant one of the participants the Lout Donders Award, with a contribution for realisation of nothing less than 5000 euros for first prize!
