HR advisor

In this role, you combine operational tasks with strategic thinking, allowing you to make an impact both in execution and policy development. As an HR Advisor at Natlab, you will have a broad range of responsibilities and work closely with the management team and staff to create a pleasant and professional work environment. With your inclusive perspective and ability to balance different interests, you will contribute to a positive culture where everyone can help shape the success of Natlab.
With approximately 45 employees, you will act as both an HR professional and HR manager within Natlab.
This position involves both operational and strategic work.
We are looking for an HR Advisor (20 hours per week, 0.56 FTE) starting from May 1, 2025.
What will you do?
- Develop and implement our HR policies;
- Manage all aspects of employee onboarding, progression, and offboarding;
- Handle daily HR tasks within the organization;
- Strengthen HR processes and systems to enhance organizational efficiency—experience with Loket and Nostradamus is beneficial;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR processes;
- Contribute to building an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
Who are you?
- You have a completed HBO or university degree in HR;
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- You have an open, communicative, enthusiastic, and inquisitive work attitude;
- You are independent, solution-oriented, analytical, and well-organized;
- You work in a structured manner and have a keen eye for detail.
What do we offer you?
- A flexible 20-hour workweek (spread over 3 or 4 days), 0.56 FTE, with the option to work from home one day per week;
- Salary based on 36 hours: minimum €3,175 and maximum €4,456 gross, in accordance with the Dutch Podia Collective Labor Agreement (scale 7), depending on your experience;
- 1.65% year-end bonus and 8% holiday allowance;
- 25 leave days based on a full-time contract;
- Travel reimbursement for commutes over 10 km one way;
- Free access to all films and programs at Natlab;
