HOW DO I GET A MEMBERSHIP FOR THE CINEMA CLUB?
Membership registration for the 2025 Cinema Club season is now open!
Please note: Each membership requires a unique email address. You cannot use the same email address for multiple memberships.
WHEN WILL I KNOW WHICH FILM IS PLAYING?
About two weeks before the Cinema Club evening, you will receive an email with the film title. The title will also be posted on the Cinema Club webpage.
HOW DO I BOOK A TICKET FOR CINEMA CLUB FILMS?
With your membership pass number, you can easily book a ticket online or at our box office. Online booking via Natlab.nl/CinemaClub
- Select the date you want to attend.
- Choose a CINEMA CLUB ticket under '1. Your tickets' and enter your pass number.
- Fill in your name, last name, and email address.
- Check your order and click 'Place order.'
- You will receive your ticket via email.
You can also get a ticket at the box office, but be aware that if the theater is full, you won’t be able to enter.
Note: Showing your pass alone does not grant you access. You must always book a ticket.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY CINEMA CLUB TICKET?
Send an email to info@natlab.nl at least 24 hours before the film starts to cancel your ticket.
CAN I USE A DIFFERENT MEMBERSHIP TO ATTEND THE CINEMA CLUB?
No, only Cinema Club members have exclusive access to these films. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
