Are you an enthusiastic, quality-oriented CHEF looking to join our dynamic kitchen team? At Natlab, you'll have the chance to contribute to the development of our new menu and concept, playing a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.

We are currently looking for a Sous-Chef!

Sous-Chef

  • Supervise kitchen staff under the direction of the Head of Hospitality
  • Work on developing a new menu and concept for a growing organization
  • Play a key role in shaping Natlab's new culinary concept
  • Collaborate creatively within our kitchen team to create a beautiful dining experience for our guest

What will you do?

  • Motivate, coach, and manage kitchen staff
  • Contribute to developing the new concept and menu in our restaurant
  • Be responsible for the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring our guests are satisfied with their meals
  • Manage the inventory and ensure it is adequately stocked

Who are you?

  • You are a true motivator who knows how to inspire and get the best out of others in your coaching role
  • You have broad culinary knowledge and experience and are willing to continue developing it
  • You possess social and communication skills
  • You are stress-resistant and have organizational talent, where efficient and effective planning and delegation play a significant role
  • You have an eye for detail

What do we offer you?

  • Work between 24 and 36 hours per week. You decide!
  • Salary according to the Dutch Podia collective agreement, scale 6, minimum €2795 and maximum €3900
  • Travel allowance from 10 km and a share in the tip pool
  • Free access to all films and other programs at Natlab
